Last time we did this I thought I reached the max weight I could use with the equipment I have, well not if you improvise…..

Well I just missed getting it up but at least now I have something to work towards knowing that I haven’t lifted all my garage has to offer!

Oh and yesterday’s Helen, which was in a driving wind the day after a brutal FGB, I wasn’t expecting to break any records but I got 13:03 with unbroken swings and pull-ups. The running did me in.
