Burpee Challenge: Milestone 70

So in one more day, we will have done more burpees than remain! There is light at the end of the tunnel! Also, there is only one more month left, to add to the ray of light!
I actually managed to do most of each days on the correct day. I had a lot of events happening over this last set of 10, so I knew it was important to stay on schedule. After our softball game Thursday everyone was packing up and talking about practice so I finished what I had left (I think it was 20 or less.) I continually find myself at 8:30-9:00 at night doing anywhere from 10 to 30 burpees. Even after we played two softball games Friday, (of course we won the championship game 21-1!) in the wee hours of technically Saturday I did 34 burpees in the middle of Galway Tribes Irish Pub & Restaurant. (Don’t worry, I only had 2 beers a glass of water and some not so zone friendly food in me… it was not a recipe for injury!)
Sunday I carried 20 over from Saturday to do after the Lift & Run [wmv] as not to tire myself out (I won overall female… first time I ever won anything like that in 33+ years of life!)
With only a month left, I would like to see how everyone is doing, so please add a comment… I would like to hear how some of you tackle these… all at once to get it done, warm-up to working out, break them up throughout the day, etc. I think we could all use some support to make it through these last 30 days. Even though I hate to see new Hero WODs, it was almost a nice break to have them as part of the WOD (Ryan 081008), even though the 1′ above reach jump was a nice twist. I think all the jumping is why my right calf is a little tight, but fortunate for my short self, the pull-up bar meets that requirement so I definitely know I hit that 1′ every time.

I’ve been doing sets of 10s, then 5s until they’re done. If it’s a work day, I have ‘em complete by 5:15a, but if it’s my off day, then anytime….but once I start, I don’t stop until I’m done!!
I think the days when I do em at night, then early the next morning are the worst. Better to do them in the mornings of all days.
I usually do burpees *before* WOs. Otherwise I’d be toast.
